voice process.

Team Manager - Call Centre Outbound
Job
Description:
Manage
the overall personnel, performance, daily operations and discipline of the
team.
Manage
the day to day activities with assigned vendors for telecalling activity,
collection process, payment process etc.
Management
of call center infrastructure operations including vendor management,
coordination of projects, requests and break/fix incidents.
Desired
Candidate Profile:
Excellent
English Communication skill.
Experience
in handling team
Must
have at least 2 yrs. of experience in call centre.
Excellent
Problem Solving, Analytical and communication skills
Salary
Package: Rs12000- Rs16000 Plus free accommodation (Salary is not a constraint
for the right candidate)
