Role: Production Manager

Salary Range - 10000 - 12000 AED

Experience - above 15 years 




Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee Production and dispatch activities for Indus Sharjah Plant 
  2. Oversee Production and dispatch activities for Indus Sharjah Plant 
  3. Monitor and ensure hourly output from the respective lines with respect to cycle time.
  4. Effective utilization of manpower, skill development  
  5. Overall responsibility as a process owner for production, Quality & Delivery.
  6. Process and nonprocessed scrap reduction  4) MRB 5) Safety 6) Efficiency 
  7. Process improvements, Single Piece flows JIT, Kanbans, Kaizens, system job orders.
  8. Ownership of RM, controlling, maintaining and reconciliation through Epicor with logical and Ensure Compliance for various audits and customer visits.
